Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
